Mixed-Level Yoga


Flow through your practice while working on poses. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels from beginner to students that have practiced for a long period of time. The class works on a balance between strength and flexibility while building endurance and improving your breathing and posture. This is a medium-paced Vinyasa flow yoga class appropriate for several levels of student ability and experience.

Core Class


This class is a combination of yoga and core workout. The class focuses on strengthening your core and abdominal muscles while improving your flexibility and strength. It works on stretching, toning, and lengthening muscles. No two classes are the same and the instructor focuses on the needs of the individuals participating in the class.

Beginner’s Yoga


This class is about building a solid foundation in basic yoga poses and is appropriate for those who are new to yoga as well as students that are working on refining their core poses. The class puts emphasis on developing strength and flexibility, proper breathing, relaxing and de-stressing. Pose modifications are demonstrated and encouraged. Enjoy the gentle stretches, and traditional yoga poses in a non-competitive environment. Everyone is encouraged to practice within their own abilities and explore the benefits of a yoga practice in your life.

Prenatal Yoga


Prepare for childbirth through gentle yoga poses and breathing exercises It is a great opportunity for mothers-to-be to connect and discuss their growing babies and changing bodies. It also helps relieve tension and teaches you how to remain calm and balanced, important skills during labor and delivery.

The class includes stretching, postural alignment and breathing techniques. You will also learn specific yoga poses for addressing the discomforts of pregnancy and for building strength, flexibility and endurance. Each class will ends with a relaxation period.

This class is great for those with no yoga experience.

Pilates


Joseph Pilates the founder of Pilates believed that his conditioning system would help develop muscle tone without any extra strain or tension on the body. This class will introduce the fundamentals of Pilates, including: breathing from the core, engaging your core and a fluid spine. Students will learn how to safely execute the basic Pilates Method in a way that builds strength and stamina while emphasizing proper form and technique. On the mat one focuses on using your own body weight as resistance throughout the workout. Bands, weight and balls are also used in class.
